Give a quick thought to how you entered any car shows you attended this year. It’s almost usually through a front door to a convention center, or if it was an outdoor event, up to a ticket booth, which then gets you access to the grounds. In response to some crazy wait times from the past year’s show, Berlin Klassik tackled things a little differently this time around.

Instead of having registered show cars and attendees coming in through the only entrance to the Guelph Lake Conservation Area and ending up in one line, show organizers booked an open field nearby for show goer parking. It’s still a bit of a hike, so there was transportation provided to get attendees around the registration line and into the show: tractor rides. That’s right, I rode into Berlin Klassik 2017 on a freakin’ tractor. Good start.

For the Second year in a row, Berlin Klassik has had outstanding weather at Guelph lake conservation with an incredible turnout. With over 1,500 cars registered in both show and exhibition , Berlin surly has grown substantially over the last 7 years. With show goers coming from as far as Florida and Chicago, through Montreal to Nova Scotia. We proudly present the largest European car show in all of Ontario. The goal for the Berlin Klassik team is to create a show that everyone feels welcome, a people’s show! With an outstanding 145 trophies including “Top Dog” and ” Stance Battle ” we proudly award more trophies than any other car show in Canada. From Volkswagen’s & Audis to Puma’s and Lamborghini’s, good food ice cream and live music, Berlin Klassik is a show anyone can enjoy.

My plan this year was to incorporate every aspect to the show. The park, hotel , camping , burnouts and the water that surrounds us. Unfortunately I can’t get shots of everyone as the attendance is too large. However I did my best to get a variety of everything.

From dust on my sensor, memory card failure, computer failure, software updates and a bunch of crazy late nights. This has lead me to put out a film that I know I could have done better on. Huge thank you to everyone who has helped me through this film and supported me from the beginning through this learning process of mine. Mistakes were maid but learning from the mistakes will only make me stronger !
